After New Year's eve, I downloaded the app called "MyFitnessPal". It's an app that I downloaded on my iPhone.
Here's how it works:
You fill out your fitness profile, and the daily "calorie target weight" you would like to loss or gain. After that, you log everything you eat daily and make sure to stay in the calorie target that you chose. It's a pretty cool app once you get the hang of it-this means: remembering to type in everything that you eat.
What's also cool is that you get to log in your exercise-which will change your calorie intake too.
I find this app easy to use and think it is a great lifestyle change. If you are looking for something to help with your diet/health/well being then download this app. :)

Hi Nina! I use MyFitnessPal too- I love it! One of the things I love most about it is that my whole family got it, so when I put in a run, my mom will comment on it and say "Good job!" It keeps you motivated and on track.
